Our History
Founded in 2025, GCTA is a space where young artists are empowered, believed in, and celebrated through the magic of theater. Our inaugural show debuts in July 2026 after a 2-week workshop for ages 9-18.
Our Mission
Our mission at the Georgetown Community Theater Arts is to develop a thriving community theater focusing on young artist that cultivates artistic excellence, embraces diversity, and strengthens our community by empowering young artist to express themselves, lead, and serve through their arts.

Our vision at the Georgetown Community Theater Arts is to provide exceptional theater-arts education for young artist. It is to build a vibrant, inclusive theater community where they can explore every facet of the performing arts through classes, camps, workshops, rehearsals and performances. We aim to nurture creativity, embrace diversity, and instill a lifelong passion for learning, collaboration, and service to others.
